Between ancient vaults and stone walls, Taverna Bianca was born: we have many genuine products for you, many stories to tell, infinite moments to share.
LET US INTRODUCE YOU TO TAVERNA BIANCA
Everything in our medieval village is ancient, and Taverna Bianca is certainly no exception. Once upon a time there was a stable here, which later became a tavern. Today, the tables of our Taverna are placed between the stone walls of four rooms, surrounded by historical agricultural tools and the works of art of local artists. Canale di Tenno is a place of creativity, just like our kitchen, where every day we create new tasty dishes
using local, traditional products, following the rhythm of the seasons and the intuitions of our suppliers. Fresh and aged cheeses, speck and mortandela, sauerkraut and sauces, polenta and the ubiquitous strudel: these are just some of the ingredients and products our guests will love. They are also available for purchase, in our small, well-kept shop selling local products
OUR MENU, OUR CHARCUTERIE BOARDS
Let’s start with our territory and its excellences to share our passion
Have a look at our menu, let yourself be tempted by local products: we will serve them to you in irresistible compositions on charcuterie boards made with olive wood. From Fontinel in Fiavè to Misonet in Comano, from Ciuiga del Banale to salami with walnuts from Bleggio, a delicious journey of discovery awaits you. And there is certainly no shortage of traditional desserts, from strudel to Linzer cake, to sbrisolona.
TALES FROM OUR TAVERNA
Every detail reveals a story
If only these stones could talk! Our ancient rooms are witnesses of past centuries, and inside them there are many objects ready to share this narrative: Taverna Bianca always has many stories to tell.
Built by Grandpa Giorgio for the birth of Lisa, nowadays it is one of the symbols of our tavern.
It's hard to say who started the game on this checkerboard: all guests can make their move.
Our tavern is also an art gallery, displaying fascinating artworks from local artists.
